Using Method of Long Car Refining Agent

Cold rolling pile scouring and bleaching:

TY1-19 long refining agent 12.0 ~ 16.0 g/L

Solid NaOH 10.0 ~ 30.0 g/L

30% H2O2 60.0 ~ 100.0 g/L

Dipping (liquid rate 100%-120%), piled at room temperature for more than 12 h, hot water washing above 90 ℃, warm water washing, cold water washing, neutralization.

Cold Reactor - Short steam bleaching:

TY1-19 long refining agent 10.0 ~ 15.0g /L

Solid NaOH 10.0 ~ 30.0 g/L

30% H2O2 20.0 ~ 40.0 g/L

Soak (liquid rate 100%-120%), pile at room temperature for 3 h, steam at 100 ~ 105 ℃ for 10 ~ 15 min, wash in hot water above 90 ℃, warm water, cold water, and neutralization.

Continuous rolling and scouring:

TY1-19 long car refining agent 6.0 ~ 15.0g /L

Solid NaOH 5.0 ~ 15.0 g/L

30% H2O2 20.0 ~ 40.0 g/L

Soak (liquid rate 100%-120%), steam 15-30 min at 100 ~ 105 ℃, wash in hot water, warm water, cold water above 90 ℃, and neutralize.
