It is specially designed to provide excellent hydrophilicity to the fabric, making it highly absorbent to water and moisture. The hydrophilic property of this silicone oil also helps in reducing the static charge build-up on the fabric, which in turn reduces pilling and fuzzing. It is a water-soluble silicone oil and can be easily applied to the fabric by padding, dipping, or spraying.
